crossfit rockland is truly the best crossfit gym around. i have tried the other local crossfit gyms and they really don't compare. definitely check out crossfit rockland. Rob, the owner, really knows what he is doing. He is extremely knowledgeable when it comes to health, fitness, and how to train properly. Julie, the manager and head coach, is the best trainer I have ever met. She makes the whole crossfit experience incredible. They are definitely the reason I am still a member after almost 4 years!
